The time provided in the booking and your voucher (9:30AM) is the most common time provided by the museum and does not depend on the local operator. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by customer service or the driver on the day before the tour.

Due to the extremely high visitors’ volume and internal policies, Auschwitz-Birkenau reserves the right to cancel tours or guides at any time, even a few days or hours before the visit. If this happens, you will be informed and if possible, offered an alternative date or program

We were picked up from hotel reception in a taxi then a minibus transported us to auschwitz. Both drivers were very helpful and safe, the tour guide was excellent, highly recommend.

Rip off paid extra, told pick up 9.30 got a phone call from the taxi driver at 5.05am saying i had to get down now as he's waiting................... he went without us............
