It also hosts a Museum that houses a rich collection of costumes and musical instruments as well as a gallery of portraits and busts dedicated to the great musicians of the history. As you tour the theater and museum, you'll get to see just how much work goes into opera productions where some of the best singers in the world have performed for more than 200 years.

A professional guide will lead you to discover the Museum rooms and will tell you facts and anecdotes about great artists such as Verdi and Toscanini, who performed on this important stage.   • Winter season (from November to March): tour in English only every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 2.30pm

    Zeer goede gids, wel wat drukte. Het bezoek was kort, ik zou persoonlijk liever een operastuk meemaken of achter de coulissen een kijkje mogen nemen. Mooi om gezien te hebben, maar er zijn nog veel mooiere excursies te doen in Milaan.

    Der Guide Anna für die Führung auf deutsch war großartig, tolle Tour mit ausreichend Zeit in einer Loge der Scala- da hatten wir großes Glück. Der Empfang durch die Mitarbeiterin der Agentur am Treffpunkt war eher neutral als herzlich.

    Everything was good from the meet at La Scala to the tour and museum the rep was very good and new everything about the opera house but I asked about opera in general questions which she did not know but she was very good 5 star
