Villa Borghese on Rooman kolmanneksi suurin puisto heti Villa Doria Pamphilin ja Villa Adan jälkeen. Viheralue on paikallisten suosikki ja yksi kaupungin tunnetuimmista puistoista. Puistossa on Borghesen galleria ja –museo ja pysyvässä näyttelyssä on esillä Berninin ja Caravaggion teoksia. Berninin ”Apollo ja Dafne”, Canovan aistillinen ”Paolina Borghese” ja Titianin ”Maallinen ja taivaallinen rakkaus” ovat joitakin gallerian mestariteoksista.
Villa Borghesen entiseen kasvihuoneeseen perustetussa Carlo Bilotti –museossa on esillä De Chiricon, Severinin ja Warholin töitä, ja museo toimii lisäksi kuvanveistäjä Pietro Canonican studiona. Museoihin on ilmainen sisäänpääsy.
Villa Borghesessä on suosittu Bioparco –eläintarha, joka houkuttelee tuhansia kävijöitä vuosittain. Italian ainoa kuningatar Elisabet I:n aikainen Silvano Toti Globe –teatteri esittää joka kesä Shakespearen näytelmiä.
