Join this full-day bus tour from Silves. Discover the history of the Algarve while visiting Silves, Fóia, Monchique, Lagos, and more.

Start by visiting the town of Silves, which was the capital of the Algarve during the Moors' occupation. You'll see the castle, which offers a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape. From there, the tour will go up to Serra de Monchique where you can enjoy the green hills, the fresh air, and the tranquility of the highest point in the Algarve: Fóia. Later, you'll return to Monchique and have lunch during your free time.

In the afternoon, you'll visit the historic city of Lagos, the city of Henry the Navigator. Lagos is very well known for its history and well-preserved natural beauty with wide walking areas, parks, and colorful locations. You'll also visit the Saint Anthony church, the old slave market from the 15th century, and the 17th-century fortress. You can also choose to wander around the city center in your free time.
