Wir hatten mit Anna einen wunderbaren Guide, der sowohl Englisch und Spanisch fließend und sehr verständlich sprach. Sie hat die kompletten 3 Stunden viel über Budapest erzählt und viel wissenswertes an uns weitergegeben. Es war ein Vergnügen, ihr zuzuhören.
Join this Grand City Tour and see the most important attractions of Budapest. Enjoy the panoramic view from the hills of Buda and see the main sights on the Pest side. Finally, have a look at the interior of the Parliament with a professional, local guide.
First, take the Elizabeth Bridge and drive over to Buda. Stop in the Castle District and during a short walk your guide will show you the main attractions of the area, including the National Library and the National Gallery. Then cross the Elisabeth Bridge to Pest and see the largest Synagogue of Europe and the City Park. Pass by Europe's largest thermal spa and the Budapest Zoo, after which you'll stop at the Heroes' Square (with statues of the most famous Hungarian kings and dukes).
Next take the Andrássy Avenue to downtown Pest passing by the Opera House and St Stephen's Basilica. Then get off the bus again and take an interior visit of the impressive neo-gothic House of Parliament (guided tour included). During the tour you'll be offered a brief overview of the last 1000 years of Hungarian history. The tour ends at the House of Parliament.
