From start to finish, was fast. We were picked up on exiting the flight and walked through the airport through fast track and helped with our luggage - without this you will be among the confused at Mo’Bay not knowing where to start. Only thing they have no control over is the speed of when your luggage arrives so a lot of people that didn’t have this caught up. Still, I would highly recommend and would defo do again.

I think if the offer was to be longer in the lounge that would have helped. As although I was there 3.5 hours before departure it took so long to get through check-in, security and duty free I only had an hour. It didn't feel like enough time.

Was very quiet this time at the airport due to all the cancellations the hotels have had due to the hurricane so didn't really need the service but didn't know at the time of booking.
