Meet your guide and start the experience with a stroll around Mercado Central to buy your fresh ingredients. You will then go to the kitchen for a live paella course with a professional chef who will teach you all the tips and tricks that only locals know.
Everyone will have their own cooking station (between 1–3 people) and the chef will guide you through, step-by-step, to make your own authentic paella.
