At the beginning of the cooking class, the chef will be waiting for you with some delicious tapas accompanied by sangria, and other drinks to start tasting the Valencian tradition. While the chef will explain to you step by step the preparation of the paella, the cooks and assistants will help you to prepare it. Once finished, get ready to sit down and taste it! This paella lunch will be accompanied by a Valencian tomato salad, Valencian typical wines, seasonal fruit, the typical Valencian sponge cake, sweet wine, and coffee.
