The office is close to San Marco Square. Having the Basilica of San Marco behind you, stay on the right side of the square and go under the arches. Find Olivetti Museum, turn right passing under the archways, cross the little bridge and go straight on to “Campo San Gallo”, Venice Tours Office is in the square, San Marco 1093/B. Please be at the meeting point 5 minutes before the departure time.

With the same ticket, you can visit by yourself other museums in St. Mark's Square: Old Royal Palace now Museo Correr, Museo Archeologico Nazionale and monumental rooms of the Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana
On Sundays and holidays, due to the mass being held on the ground floor, the tour will start directly from the Terrace and Museum on the second floor. The famous mosaics will be visible only partially from the second floor
During days of high turnout or for reasons of force majeure (such as high tide or security problems) the waiting time to access St. Mark's Basilica might be longer than expected
This tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities
Please note that starting between April 25th and July 14, 2024 on certain dates, registration and payment of an access contribution will be necessary to visit the city of Venice. Please check all the information and procedures for registration or payment on the dedicated website of Comune di Venezia
